Meet Your Facilitator, Kirsty Grace
From a young age, I was known as “the go-getter” — the one always seeking new challenges and pushing boundaries. Whether it was teaching myself the clarinet, living in Japan at 18 and becoming fluent, or completing an Ironman, my path has always been fuelled by curiosity and growth. My professional life began in banking and finance, but it was the world of people and culture that captured my imagination. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across financial services, government, and FMCG — designing and leading organisational development strategies, coaching senior leaders, and shaping cultures that drive performance and human connection. I don’t just coach — I’ve invested deeply in the study and practice of transformational change. I hold a Master of Applied Science in the Psychology of Coaching from the University of Sydney, and I completed the Associate Coaching Course at Cape Town University — a combined three years of academically rigorous, practically grounded training. This foundation sets my approach apart: it’s not based on trends or pop-psychology, but on decades of research into what actually helps people grow. I support leaders to go deeper — exploring their values, mindset, and motivations — so they can lead with intention and create impact across their teams, organisations, and communities. Whether coaching one-on-one, designing programs, or facilitating executive teams, I bring a balance of insight, structure, and care.
